I'm not a member... But will move my membership probably at some point. They do a good job here... Lots of new equipment... Crowded Can't understand why all the fuss over membership fees/rates... Know before you sign, ask questions, Sheesh... It's not rocket science (for most)

3 stars for having one hip thrust machine. Most popular machine in the gym. Writing this as I’m waiting for a man to finish his 30 sets on it. Everything else is great. Love the platforms. Sauna is sick. Great mirror wall. But plssss get atleast one more hip thrust machine.

I signed up at midnight for the 1$ deal and now my bill is $100 for “annual fees”. It’s a month to month membership?? Really only got this for the sauna because I have plenty of home workout stuff. Sauna wasn’t hot. 5 star reviews for it being clean is hilarious , it’s brand new.

I honestly didn’t realize how much I had lowered my standards until I joined this gym. After a year of paying over $70/month at Flagstaff Athletic Club, I thought that was just “normal.” It’s not. The difference here is unbelievable—and I’m saving over $40 per month while getting a top-tier membership. This gym is clean, bright, and actually well-maintained. The equipment feels new and is consistently in great condition. The sauna is clean, well-kept, and even has a window, which makes a huge difference compared to the typical closed-in feel, so you don’t feel boxed in or stuck in a dark, poorly ventilated space. The hours are very convenient, making it easy to stay consistent. The music is great, the overall vibe is motivating, and the staff are friendly and professional, which really elevates the experience. The hydromassage is a standout feature and something I genuinely look forward to after workouts. Looking back, I can’t believe I was paying significantly more for so much less. This place has completely reset my expectations for what a gym can deliver in Flagstaff.

Very clean, very kind and all around just really nice! Great environment which I feel is rare to find these days. All the machines are well maintained and many have directions - and those that don’t, ask any staff member and they’re happy to show you. Nice variety. Happy to call it my home gym for sure !!
